Angina: Áreas Más Comunes de Dolor

Señales y síntomas de CAD, angina, y ataque cardiaco incluyen:

  • Dolor en el pecho (angina) - Esto se puede sentir como pesadez, ardor, asfixia, opresión, presión, o estrujón, por lo general detrás del esternón, pero algunas veces comenzando o irradiando dentro de los brazos, hombro izquierdo, cuello, espalda, dientes, o mandíbula.
  • Náusea y/o vómito
  • Mareos
  • Aturdimiento
  • Dificultad para respirar o falta de aliento particularmente con esfuerzo físico
  • Sudoración

Mientras más señales y síntomas tenga y mientras más tiempo dure un episodio de dolor en el pecho (más de 15 minutos), es más probable que vaya a experimentar un ataque cardiaco, en lugar de un episodio de angina. En esta situación, busque cuidado médico inmediatamente.
