Los síntomas de labor pretérmino pueden ocurrir en cualquier momento antes de la semana 37 de su embarazo. Las contracciones de labor pretérmino podrían o no sentirse diferentes a las contracciones de labor normal. En muchos casos, es difícil notar la diferencia entre las contracciones pretérmino y los malestares normales o movimientos del bebé. Hable con su médico acerca de las señales de labor pretérmino.

Las señales y síntomas de labor pretérmino incluyen:

  • Contracciones cada diez minutos o con más frecuencia
  • Secreción acuosa de su vagina
  • Manchado o sangrado vaginal ligero
  • Presión sobre su pelvis que se siente como si su bebé estuviera empujando hacia abajo
  • Dolor sordo de la parte baja de la espalda
  • Calambres similares a los menstruales que vienen y van
  • Calambres abdominales que podrían ocurrir con diarrea
