The Pastoral Care Department provides a chapel service for patients, family members and staff in the chapel at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings. Understanding that this is a hospital, the service is limited to twenty minutes out of respect for patients that may not be able to sit for an extended period of time. All are welcome.
The patients in Baptist Medical Center are able to view the chapel service on channel 25 within the hospital.
A 15 to 20 minute Morning Prayer Service sponsored by the Department of Pastoral Care is held in Parker Chapel, first floor of Baptist, at 7:35 a.m. each Wednesday morning. All are invited to attend. The service is broadcast in patient rooms on Channel 25.
