Lung Basic - $25

Ages: Adults over 40 who are smokers, former smokers in the last five years, and those exposed to second-hand smoke.
Includes:

• Spirometry Test - simple noninvasive test in which participants blow into a device to measure lung capacity.

Lung Select - $300

Valued at $2,000
Ages: Adults over 18 who are smokers, former smokers and those exposed to secondhand smoke.
Includes:

• Spiral CT - scan to detect abnormalities that may be too small to be seen on a routine x-ray.

Prostate Health Basic

Annual Screenings in September - Free
Valued at $100
Ages: Ages 50 to 75; Ages 40 to 75 whose father or brother had prostate cancer; African-Americans Ages 45 to 75.
Includes:

• PSA blood test
• Digital rectal exam

1. Specific health criteria apply for all screenings. Participants will be asked qualifying information during registration.
2. Screening packages, excluding the September Prostate Health Basic screenings, are available Monday through Friday at Baptist Medical Center by appointment.
3. All screenings are evaluated by nurses and physicians on staff at Baptist.
4. All reports may be sent to you and the physician of your choice.
5. Payment is through cash or check only. No debit/credit cards.
6. Insurance is not filed for these screening packages.
