The Center for Reconstructive Urology is an affiliate of Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. Its primary emphasis is treatment of patients experiencing complex urological problems, requiring reconstructive intervention.
As the Center's Medical Director, Dr. Charles Secrest performs diagnostic studies to determine the need for reconstructive surgery. Patients will undergo a thorough medical and physical evaluation as a part of the diagnostic process. An individualized plan of care is developed after careful consideration of all treatment options.

A healthcare team consisting of specially trained nurses, surgical technologists, radiology technologists, wound, ostomy, continence nurses, and other medical professionals assist with all aspects of the treatment plan. A clinical research team evaluates new medications and procedures as they emerge to provide the latest treatment options. A dedicated urological nursing unit as well as the Intensive Care Unit and a diversity of medical specialties available at Baptist Medical Center facilitates a comprehensive partnership of care with the Center for Reconstructive Urology.
